Staff were very friendly and very helpful.
Room was very clean and spacious.
Location was really good
There was only 2 channels on the tv that kept scrambling.
We attended an event in the hotel and we only had our cards and we were getting charged an extra 10% on every transaction at the bar when the drink was expensive enough a pint of beer was working out at almost 10 euro.

The location was perfect, so central to all aspects of Belfast city. The staff were so helpful & great with my 18 month old little girl. The room was stunning with great amenities , a marshmallow like bed & electric blinds which did an amazing job lol. Staying there at Christmas time with all of the decorations made it feel so special, we’ll definitely be back:)
When we tried to book the restaurant there was no availability so we aren’t able to comment on the food but that’s on us and bad preparation so I don’t have a bad thing to say!’

Great location. Some staff were exceptional.
Toilet door was a frosted glass that didn’t close-we had to use a cloth to wedge in to close it. Really dirty taps. Shower head was ridiculously small- there were actually two and the handheld one was bigger than the main one- didn’t make for a nice shower at all. Beds were really small you almost roll out of them. One barmaid was extremely rude. Reception staff did not ask how the stay was on check out.

Cupcakes and a welcome note left in the room was a really lovely touch! Staff were so attentive, room and bed perfect and city view great! So quiet and comfortable. Out of all hotels this is always my favourite!
