Stayed at hotel for a wedding. Was first time in a long time me and my wife had a night away from the kids and the Europa and our room surpassed everything. Our room was superb and bed was extremely comfortable. All staff from front desk, concierge and housekeeping were friendly and extremely helpful.

Very helpful, welcoming and polite staffThe room was spacious and the bed was excellent. The view was of the Opera House and the Black Mountain. The stained glass between the room and bathroom was very pretty. The velvet seated Piano Bar on the first floor gave a view of Belfast street life that gets more entertaining as the evening goes by.
The food in the piano bar could go up a notch to reflect what is a top class hotel.

I was very impressed with the overall standard of the Europa Hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, and the high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel was clear. Its location was also very convenient for exploring Belfast, and the room itself was comfortable and well presented.
Unfortunately, my experience with the staff significantly impacted my stay. During check-in, the receptionist’s demeanour changed noticeably once she became aware of my name and that I was from south of the border. From that point, her manner was rude and standoffish, which left me feeling unwelcome.
