best customercare ever and very friendly reception and even understood my double booking issue and handled it ever so professionally and made me fall in love with the hotel, were able to understand my situation and made me feel home away from home

Perfect location lovely staff
Didn't like the fact that there was service charge added everytime you bought something and no receipts given unless requested everything is expensive enough without adding the service charge I always tip wherever I am but it should be my choice

The staff at check in were lovely. Very helpful & friendly.
The only complaint we had which did affect our stay was the opera house next door were dismantling a stage & were putting large boxes into a lorry which created a lot of noise. This went on into the early hours of the morning. They were still working on it until approx 4am. My husband only slept for a couple of hours after they finished as we had an early start the next morning.

The noise from the street below made it impossible to sleep.
We were told that the lounge served pub grub and after queuing and sitting down we were told that it was only finger food. It also cost €30 for two drinks which is a ridiculous price.

Have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and it is always a pleasant and comfortable stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful and especially good are the staff in the Causerie.
