The location was perfect. The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. The room was very nice.
There was a dance competition on at the hotel during our stay and it totally spoilt our experience. The hoards of kids monopolised the whole venue. They were running riot, pushing and shoving in and out of the lifts. One decide to do a cartwheel in a busy reception area and nearly knocked me over! They were in the bar late at night so we couldn’t even relax after a busy day! They had no consideration for anyone else, nor did their parents! I felt for the staff as I could tell they had had enough too!
It’s a shame as I have waited for years to stay at the Europa but I’ve been put off staying again!!

The glass doors to the bathroom in the room… they are horrible; no privacy; a friend and I had to coordinate so that the other person would be out of the room just to use the bathroom
