Wonderful
Perfect location: 5 minutes walk from the Train Station, 5 minute walk from City Hall. Large comfortable room. Comfortable firm bed, updated bathroom. USB charging ports in most of the outlets. Upgrade to the Executive King Room, it’s definitely worth the extra dollars.
Windows are not sound proof, even on the 11th floor we heard a lot of street noise. Bell Hop lost a small bag that was on the handle of one of our luggage. They took no responsibility for losing it because it was not checked as a separate item with a separate tag. Did they not see it on the handle? That was disappointing. There seemed to be something going on there every night, the lobby was always mobbed with people.

The staff was incredible! Their patience and professionalism was first rate. They held our luggage (4 people, 7 bags), parked our car, and gave us great restaurant and sightseeing suggestions. The rooms were spacious and immaculate and surprisingly quiet given the hotel's location in a bustling, central location. We really enjoyed our time in Belfast and the Europa Hotel was a large part of our experience.

Walking distance to the Belfast Grand Central Station, Opera House and City Hall. Also, like the fact, it was close to the grocery store across the street and some of the local historical pubs / restaurants.
The twin bed mattress could’ve been more comfortable. I could feel some of the springs in the mattress.

Great location too.
I don't understand glass bathroom doors in general. The light disturbs the other person you travel with. In our room it also won't close all the way.

Location, quiet, clean
The shower had exceptionally weak water pressure, the sink faucets had decay/debris around the bases (old) and the bathroom door, while functional, had chipping/peeling wood along the base. These bathroom notes are just not as upscale as the rest of the room and facility. Staff was lovely and very helpful.

Drop off lane was busy so I couldn’t wait for my daughter to check in and grab bags before parking. It was a hassle to drive back around.

Loved the '1st floor' piano bar area (above the Ground floor) and the drink/coffee/food offerings.
Location was right by Fibber Magee's, the Opera House and 4 mins from Molly etc.
Room - bed was very comfortable and the room was a wonderful size - also very clean.

The hotel was wonderful. Great staff, especially the people at reception and concierge- he was so helpful. The room was well decorated and comfortable. There isn’t a mini refrigerator, and I needed it for medication, but they managed to find one for me.
There wasn’t anything to complain about.

Good location near to town and bus station for airport bus, have stayed here many years ago so chose it for that reason. Left luggage was good
