Very small room Toothpaste residue on bathroom floor.Glass bathroom door all dirty.shower screen dirty.bathroom fitting all tarnished. Plug socket in bedroom hanging off wall.Bedroom window filthy.No fridge in room also no information regarding how to contact reception.Was very disappointed with the standard of this accommodation.Myself and my husband have stayed in budget hotels which were half the price of this one and thee accommodation was far superior to this accommodation. Will not be returning any time soon .Room number 603.

Very central and efficient check in.
The entrance to the hotel is quite unwelcoming in that the revolving doors were advertised as being out of action with two ugly traffic cones. Also all the glass on the entrance doors was covered in fingerprints at all times during our three night stay. As well as that the area immediately outside the entrance was strew with litter and detritus. Our room was a good size and was quiet. The mirror in the room had smears all over it. The wooden floor area was sticky when walked upon as if it had not been rinsed properly after mopping. The bathroom sink had an unpleasant buildup around the plug fittings and the taps were full of air and sputtered water at high pressure. Quite frugal with the tea bags and milks. It was ok overall but probably would look to stay elsewhere next time.

The breakfast was very good. The lounge was very comfortable though I was very disappointed that the Piano Lounge was closed for refurbishment as that is what I was really looking forward to. The staff were excellent. We had a great view from our room. I
I didn't like the opaque glass door into the ensuite. I was with my husband but I still felt a lack of privacy.

Its location so handy to shops and facilities
Maybe just a few little cleanliness things in the bathroom but will go back and eat a lovely stay .

The location was perfect. Very central and very near the bus station. The bed was comfy (superking in an Executive room). The plugs were in the right place. The mirrors and lighting good. Bathroom ample. Would not hesitate to stay here again if I return to Belfast.
The price was high. Concierge staff appeared pretty lazy n laid back. Sat waiting in the foyer today for a taxi and seen around 40 Americans arriving en masse and all were struggling with cases and the lifts. Neither of the concierge staff tried to help...sat behind their station at the front door.

Disappointing
The location.
The lack of cleanliness! The window sill was covered with dust and crumbs and greasy finger prints, definitely was not cleaned. Cob webs above window blind that was very visible, and large enough to have been "growing" for sometime! Loo roll holder and water taps extremely loose, and unprofessional cleaning staff member making reels on their phone in the hallway while "working". Very sub standard stay at the Europa!
