The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the location ideal. We had a wonderful few days in Belfast and the hotel helped us to enjoy a great interesting restful holiday. The hop on hop off bus brought us to places we wanted to visit for a long time. The bus very convenient to the hotel.

Clean, beautiful room, with an interesting view. Delightful amenities, especially toiletries. Nice choice of hot drinks. Warm welcome on arrival. Helpful and attentive staff. Thorough room service. I felt like royalty.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was ready so got checked in early which was a nice bonus. Beds were extremely comfortable and plenty of clean towels.
Window looking out onto street was very dirty on the outside. Shower frame was quite dirty and grubby.
