The location was excellent, close to trains and buses. There were many good restaurants and shopping close by. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Couldn’t ask for more. Loved our stay! Thanks Europa Hotel staff!!

Check-in was smooth. Thomosina was very helpful and explained everything. The room was lovely, spacious, and clean and was refreshed every day. Both bars were nice, staff polite and efficient.

This was a special occasion visit and we were upgraded which was an absolute delight. Thank you.
The breakfast system was just OK. Personal preference would be table order for hot food as the hot food bar was a little tired and we arrived early. Staff were pleasant but busy so no personal service other than tea and very strong coffee.
The Piano Bar service is excellent.
Hotel reception service is excellent. Concierge service requires training. A good welcome at the door is essential in a hotel of this standard.

Hotel was very impressive! Located right next to coffee shops and bakery! Had fun walking around and ate at some amazing places, The Crown Saloon right across the street is a must see!

Disappointed with a nice hotel that the TV doesn’t have Netflix etc. just YouTube, seems like a given. Didn’t eat/drink at hotel as found it very expensive. Needs more light in rooms.
