Very central. In walking distance of Grand Central Station and lots of bars and restaurants around
Only a minor thing but any time I have stayed in this hotel I have noticed that the bathroom door and even the walls are glass. Not completely see through but enough to make out what the person in bathroom is doing.

Booked a room specifically with a bath. Got given a disabled room without a bath. When I asked for alternative I was given a downgrade room and very reluctantly from the staff member.

I had booked for my son and daughter in law so I actually didn't get to enjoy it. I wish!! They had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect - staff, room, location . They would give it 11 out of 10!!

Perfect location: 5 minutes walk from the Train Station, 5 minute walk from City Hall. Large comfortable room. Comfortable firm bed, updated bathroom. USB charging ports in most of the outlets. Upgrade to the Executive King Room, it’s definitely worth the extra dollars.
Windows are not sound proof, even on the 11th floor we heard a lot of street noise. Bell Hop lost a small bag that was on the handle of one of our luggage. They took no responsibility for losing it because it was not checked as a separate item with a separate tag. Did they not see it on the handle? That was disappointing. There seemed to be something going on there every night, the lobby was always mobbed with people.
