Great hotel. Inside it's exceptional. Staff is very helpful.
Parking is a nightmare. Even trying to pull in to check in and find out where to park is extraordinarily difficult. Once you're at the hotel, to get to the separate parking lot, you take the 2nd left. But it's at a street where there is a sign clearly posted saying No Left Turn. I ended up on the highway and got totally lost.

The lobby and the history of this place is off the charts
Our bathroom door was like flood stained. Apart from that the rooms were big and comfortable.

The hotel was beautiful and so were the rooms. Location was perfect.
I didn't like that I pre booked a month in advance requesting 2 rooms next to each other and then find out when I arrive that I have to pay an upgrade charge to be on the same floor because they didn't have two rooms available on the same floor unless I pay an upgrade fee. In addition, our TV didn't work in the upgraded room so we had to move to an empty room (ON THE SAME FLOOR!!!) to watch TV. It was very sneaky and shows lack of integrity atbthis hotel. It is very unfortunate because everything else about the hotel was amazing.

The location of this hotel is very convenient for access to sites of interest and restaurants.
There is no parking although the hotel has an arrangement with a multi-storey car park. Can be expensive.

Wee problem with shower,only used the small shower head . Not easy to get big shower head to work. Rail came off shower door area, releasing water on floor area. Asked for a quite room ,quite until 06.45 then voices , as we were near the lift area.
No pool, no gym. Lack of chairs in main enterance. Could not buy some products as we were leaving. They made some excuse regarding that. Some workers gone on lunch !! Did not take any photos.

A lovely welcome from the receptionist on arrival who told me everything I needed to know about my short stay. A lovely warm cosy room with a comfy bed and good power shower in the bathroom. Great location. 5 mins from Grand Central Stn and some good bars over the road

Located in the heart of the city. We enjoyed the Titanic experience and the Ulster museum. We ate our dinner in the hotel. It was DELICIOUS! We enjoyed the live entertainment and drinks in the bar. This was a wonderful, relaxing experience.
