All facilities were good and we had bought tickets for the tribute show on. That’s why we stayed overnight.
The show ticket said it was from 7 to 11.30pm but the door didn’t open till 7.30 even though everyone with tickets was standing waiting. The show itself started around 9pm. A long wait . We were sorry we had dinner so early and I wish they would have given us accurate times.

Loved the hotel,room and causerie staff were excellant. Especially the breakfast crew. Check in was smooth ss was check out. Concierge were very helpful also.
A leaflet advising how to work the heating. Draft from window in room 706 but room still exceprional.

Hotel was lovely. Nicely decorated in public areas for time of year. Christmas.
Glass door to bathroom was dirty. Water and splash marks. Would expect it to have been a lot cleaner for a 4 star hotel.
Bought 3 pieces of jewellery at the hotel. There wasn't any boxes/gift bags to put them in. Bought for xmas presents but had to ask for an envelope to put them in. If you're displaying jewellery etc with a view to selling please have boxes/bags to put them in.
