Great location . Always a great buzz. Staff are amazing
The room we were in had a shower over the bath and the door was very stiff and difficult to open but we were immediately relocated when we requested a walk in shower .

We booked room only for 2 nights. Location excellent for visiting Belfast. Room was spacious and staff professional and courteous especially the desk staff and the staff in the piano bar where we enjoyed a light lunch.
Would have preferred a light near the mirror for my wife when drying her hair. The light where the kettle for tea/coffee was kept could only be tuned on when bright lights above the bed were also turned on. Also no 3 pin socket or usb connections on left side of bed. Only a 3 pin socket on the right side and on the dressing table. Sockets may need an upgrade. We left our room yesterday to shop and returned at 2.30pm to find that housekeeping had not visited. Reception were contacted and rather disappointingly said that in general priority was given to cleaning vacated rooms. A housemaid was however sent up quickly although she forgot to leave face clothes and only left one English breakfast tea bag. Having said this we enjoyed our stay but some room for improvement.

Brilliant hotel. The Executive room was a good size and clean, bed was comfortable. All the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was a great size It was very clean. Tea and coffee making facilities were excellent. Lifts were fast , appreciated because we were on the 10th floow
The room certainly needs some maintenance work. For a four-star hotel, this was not acceptable. The shower had a bi-folding door that was unseated from the rail. The top knob of the shower, which turns on the water, came away in my hand. The television was fine for about 2 minutes, then it would lose the picture and only have sound. Normally not too bothered about TV, but on this occasion, after a full-on evening and day, I just wanted to veg out and watch the news. Didn't get a good night's sleep because of something amiss with the window frame, which made a creaking noise on and off through the night.
