Paid for valet secured parking . They parked it out front on the sidewalk. Car was keyed . Charged 1700 euros when I turned the car in at Dublin.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was very tasty and full of flavour
Every was perfect until we stripped the beds to help out the cleaning staff as we both work in the same industry. The mattress protectors and pillows protectors were very badly stained with yellowish stains, and both the duvet themselves weren't the cleanest either. Was very disappointed to see after such a lovely stay. But the rest of the place was spotlessly cleaned every corner was spotless, so this was disappointing to see.

Location friendly helpful staff
Discretionary charges have sneakily been added. Look at the small signs by the till in the restaurant and bar. So they've added a tip and you would have to tell them you dont want to pay it. So the default is that you pay extra and its a choice made for you. Ive never seen this before. Even though theres small notices would be easily missed by guests. Surely a tip should be optional ?
