Beautiful hotel in ideal location within close proximity to the recommended car park
Summer stay and room was too hot with failing air con. The room wasn’t serviced during a two day stay, they did call once but I’d asked them to come back but they didn’t even thought room empty from late morning. When I initially raised this and asked for the room to be serviced I was told the cleaning staff had gone home and nothing could be done. A colleague intervened and asked what was needed and they did deliver fresh towels but nothing was cleaned. This was particularly disappointing as the bathroom had not been serviced properly before our stay with stains noticeable on sink and toilet. The floor was filthy made more noticeable by clean streaks through the dirt where bleach had been poured. When asked for feedback at check out I advised of the above and received professional friendly response.
Thought automatic 10% service charge on every order we placed while sitting in bar was a bit much considering price of drinks. You order at bar and are told they’ll bring drinks over and 10% is added. We would have stayed longer in hotel bar only for the stealth charge.

Residents bar closed earlier than expected, although the bar staff did approach our table and ask if we would like another drink before they closed

The bed was really comfortable, the room was clean and well equipped. The bathroom was lovely and the Espa toiletries were a nice touch. The location was ideal and a lovely view from our floor of the city.
There was frequent abseiling going on past our window, which we didn't mind, but it would've been nice to be informed.

The Hotel was spotless clean and the staff went above and beyond. Thee bed and pillows were soooooo comfortable. I had the best nights sleep in a long time

Super location and amazing, friendly staff.. Room was great with a huge window overlooking the street. Spotlessly clean and and really great shower.. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty.. Will definiteoy return !
A Nespresso machine or similar in the roomn would be great but that is a small complaint in an otherwise perfect review.

The staff were amazing couldn't do enough for us especially Tomasena on reception and Steven in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant was lovely and the room was super comfortable.
There was a group up early in the morning from 6.50am all I could hear was the banging of the room doors. Maybe if they put like a slow close hinge on them it could make it quieter as they closed.

Lovely spacious comfortable room. Travelled to a concert so so handy with train station basically round the corner. Location wise for trains buses just the city itself very good. Felt safe and all staff were so helpful and friendly. Lovely lady didn’t get her name short haired blonde colour hair served at breakfast was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure you had everything. And gentleman at the reception area of breakfast very helpful and kind also. Reception staff for main hotel brilliant aswell and explained everything about the stay as I had never stayed before just was helpful few tips for around Belfast.
Couldn’t fault a thing.
